I have lived here for a yr. When I moved in it seem to be a very nice place to live. The staff was very friendly and when I need something they were so nice to help out. but over the yr the management has changed. Everyday there is a notice of NEW Rule to be followed. What you can't or can do. The maintained is a joke. I have been asking for 3 months now to fix a running water problem in the master bathroom. No luck. The one pool that is close to me has no water in it so you can't swim. There is no communication between the staff and the manger. When we were installing our dish we called the office and asked if we could put it on the side of the building, the office said yes there was no issue. but the manger came by and started yelling that we could not. It was a nightmare. Unless you like to be lied to, high electric bills, mud on your carpets (sidewalks floods with mud when it rains) and a very rude manager this is the place to live. For the price you pay for a 2 bedroom you can find a more pleasant place to live with less headaches. so glad my lease is up.

We obviously live close to where you do, as we have the same empty pool! We have been here much longer than you and watched the management change and get ruder and less likely to ever get anything done for the renters. The amount of pitbulls that live in the apt complex is outrageous! It's a timebomb waiting to happen. The one positive is that we have great neighbors!
