You always should take these reviews with a grain of salt, but the previous one you should take seriously. All the problems they listed out DID infact happen, and are still happening. Some of these "problems" didn't really bother me. I mean it is an apartment complex, and there are many crappy things you have to deal with it.

I just left Bent Tree not because the place is bad, but because of a neighbor. My former downstairs neighbor had a leak in his apartment for quite a while. It had been there even before I moved in. Well, this jerk thought that since he had a leak that may or may not have been coming from my apartment, he was hell bent on it being MY problem. Now, it does sound like I am just complaining, but this man was awful! He would beat on his walls, scream at the top of his lungs, play his music SO loud that it would rattle my pictures on my wall usually in between 5 and 9 in the morning. He also left me harassing letters on my car telling me that I had no social skills and that I basically should get this leak taken care of. Well, first of all, this was in no way my problem. This was HIS leak and his leak only.

I reported him to the office begging them to fix his stupid leak, and what did they do, they came up to my apartment not once, but THREE times to "fix" the problem. All they did was re caulk my toilette and tub. The maintenance guy even told me that this wouldn't fix the problem, and he was just doing what he was told so he "wouldn't get in trouble."

I also called the cops on this man, and he told the officer that I used the bathroom too much and took too many showers. The officer just told me to go to the office and tell them about it. Funny thing is, I HAD!!! Even though this neighbor was horrible, the whole incident probably could have been avoided if the Bent Tree Management had fixed the problem. So, I totally blame them! DON'T LIVE HERE!

HA! He made us MISERABLE! I cried to work on several occasions! Who is this? Is this Punky's dad?
