If you could find another property other than a Lincoln Property to live in please do. Listen we don't write this reviews in here just to write them, we actually live or had lived on this properties at some point or another and know this things are actually happening. Anyways here my story:

I offer this apartment complex a list of things that needed to be done about 2 months ago. In all fairness some of this things were actually taken care of. Again, my friends its been 2 months and the rest of my list has not been taken care of.

1) Serious leak in the living room window, paint is starting to peal off(Reported 6 times already no one has come to fix it.) Putting towels in window every time it rains so the carpet won't get ruin.
2) Blinds need to be replace in the living room (not replaced yet).
3) Paint pealing off on both bathtubs (not replaced or fix yet).
4) All screens need to be replace in windows. (Report I don't even remember how many times.)
5) Clean carpet, not even done in the 3 years I have been here.

We are paying tenants in an apartment complex that does not care about the tenants. By the way if you are looking for a fitness center, there is none here. The false advertisement posted on the rental website are just that false. No fitness center in this property at all, at least not yet they are looking into rebuilding one by the tennis court but at the rate they are going it will be 2 years from now before its done. The new washer and dryers in the laundry rooms were a nice touch. But with disrupting noises of construction early in the mornings without any warning and everything else. I ask you, please, rethink your options before you move here. There are other very good apartment complex out there with good reviews in this website that are actually worth the your time and money, but this is not one of them so please think twice before you move here. Again, we are not angry people at the apartment management, we are just your average paying tenants who just simply want this issues to be solve in a timely matter and no one is listening.

My next step will be calling the city of Addison and complaining, maybe I should start a petition'...Hum!
