I've been here since Feb 08 and I agree with many of the reviews, although some can be a little bit nitpicky and petty. These are old apartments, built in the early 80's and have many of the associated problems anyone would experience with a structure this old. When renting make sure you do your walk through before signing the lease. I did and it paid dividends.

My experience with maintenance has been good, problems fixed promptly. I have also given the maintenance staff a case of beer. Gotta grease the skids.

Management is okay. Shannon seems to care and I've never had to deal with anyone else but Shannon. Any problem I had she has addressed in a professional and timely manner. Kudos to you Shannon.

Grounds were crap when I moved in but the owner is improving the landscaping, parking lots and outside "curb appeal". The owners are paying for this and the improvements have been significant since my move in.

Health club. It's being built, does not exist today but should be completed in Feb 09. Probably be summertime though before they get it done.

Cheap rent, that was why I took this place. I shopped and looked at much higher end apartments and couldn't find anyone who could beat the deal for what I got.

Also, insist on a refurbished apartment and many of the issues others experience would not be your experience.
