We have lived at Bent Tree Park for the last six months and we are not really impressed with their so called cares team. At first everything was fine, or so we thought...then we began to notice that the Addison Police regularly patrolled the complex. At first we thought the police were there just to patrol and ensure our safety until we woke up one Saturday morning to find our car window smashed in! We contacted the cares team who actually did not care at all. We really like our particular floor plan because we have a decent amount of space to meet our needs. Our major complaint is with the so called "maintainence team". When our garbage disposal broke it took them 3 to 4 weeks and multiple requests to send someone out to fix it. When he "fixed it" he left us with a leaky pipes under the kithcen sink and it will probably be another 3 to 4 weeks for them to "Fix this." The most recent issue is when we noticed our ceiling began to leak. Their intial response was ok and they sent someone out to evaluate the situation. They us at that time it would be the next day or two before they could repair the ceiling. It has now been a week and we are still stuck with a moldy droopy ceilling. We have also asked them on several occasions to please repair the light bulb in our breeze way it has been out for the entire length of our stay. As if all of the above isn't enough we also, we constantly blow fuses when we use the microwave, television, and more than one light. So if you don't might moldy ceilings, leaky faucets, constant electrical issues, and laxidasical office and maintainence teams please come and rent at Bent Tree Park.
