I have lived at Bent Tree Trails for many years and I enjoy how nice the property is kept. The office DOES enforce the rules for balconies but it keeps the property from looking trashy like some of the other apartments in Addison. That's one of the reasons I leased here and one of the reasons I stay. They really are beautiful quiet apartments.

Not anymore they don't...place is becoming just as McNasty as the others down the street.

Maybe its because of the very unprofessional front desk / leasing agent people. It makes sense that property standards would drop due to lowered standards of the people that work there. Just my 2 cents...
