Im sorry but I lived here once and was thinking of moving back but after I heard the news this morning, hell no! There were 2 dead bodies found in an apartment on this property on June 6th,2006. WFAA Channel 8 here in Dallas reported on the story. Im sorry but I am not going to live somewhere where people can get killed in the apartment next door to yours!

This isn't really fair to the complex -- just because there is a ghetto complex a block & a half away doesn't mean this place is a dump! You should revise this...that's like saying that all of Spring Valley is the ghetto just because of those ones on Spring Valley & Montfort - okay, that's a bad example, but still...BTT is not the ghetto, nor do they have hoodrats living there! Besides, I have news for you sweetheart, anything can happen anywhere you go including work, the grocery store, sitting at a stop light. I would and have recommended BTT to my friends/family.
