Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
I lived here for roughly seven years and decided I wanted more space & a garage. Didn't realize how spoiled I got with maintenance. Bob was "Johnny on the Spot" with everything I called in for. At the new place, I waited FIVE DAYS before they came by to fix things after I moved in. As we all know, move in nit-pick things are not top priority, but five days' What the...' And what happened to knowledgeable office staff -- have had 3 different leasing agents in the 3 months I have been at the new place!
I think I will let the garage & crown molding go when my lease is up and come on back.
Trust me, the grass ain't always greener...as I have found out. Too bad I wasted all that $$ with movers & deposits!
