winter for baths in the morning. Tv basic cable 70 dollars/month. Internet 40/month. Cable tv setup a couple hundred dollars down the rabbit-hole. Moon Over Addison city-wide wireless is far less enjoyable experience than AOL was in 1995 for me. Leaky doors/windows. Quiet. Water-Bill 15 w/ service fees included. Ignore the marketing bs about their basic cable for free. You get a connection to a antaena so you can watch all the local channels. I too enjoy paying extra hidden costs, so it's a real pleasure not to have any tv/cable options.

Follow the money. Who gets the kick back from using this crazy Brion Enterprises???????????????????????????????????
Have you figured out your second rate options for internet yet???????????? Excuse me, I mean lack of options.
Believe me it gets worse.
Direct TV and internet go out about twice a month.

Yeah, this is a pain. THey need to get with the modern world and give us options and not tie us to this Brion Enterprises.
I agree, someone is getting a kickback for using Brion Enterprises.
But everything else is basically above average here.

Brion Enterprises is a JOKE. A BAD JOKE ON THE RESIDENTS.
What is this ... 'we are always here to assist our residents' BS.
If that was the case we would have options OTHER THAN BRION ENTERPRISES.
Forcing us to use BRION ENTERPRISES means they are here to assist BRION ENTERPRISES and whatever kick back they are getting from forcing their residents to use their third rate -- third world -- crappy service.
This internet is so slow and so bad that I thought my computer was in the death throws for the first month. I did not know internet service could be this bad.

Horrible options for TV. Direct tv gives it free, you have no choice with Bent Tree Apartments. If you want cable TV, you are forced to use Brion and pay hundreds of dollars for set up and equipment purchases.

Moon Overe Addison is such a joke. Every year for three years they have been saying they are going to up grade in three months. It is such a blatant LIE. Call them --- or go to moonoveraddison.com --- ask them are they going to upgrade the equipment and service. They will say, Yes, We Certainly ARE -- in THREE MONTHS. They have been saying that since 2005. What a joke. Everything is super expensive. You can get cable from BRION which is a joke, then pay AT&T for over priced internet. This is like thee stone age. WHY?????????????????

Wow, yes, totally agree here. Wish I knew about this before I moved in. This really does keep this place from being 'above average.' I had to sign a long term contract for my Dish Network. I like the Dish, okay but the contract was expensive, cable is not so good and it goes out a lot. It would not be my first choice.
