We are being held hostage to these people who take our money up front and do not provide us uninterrupted service. DirecTV went down Friday afternoon and Brion will not come out and fix it before Monday. Folsom Companies need to give us other options for cable service or insist Brion service the account.

Who is getting a kick back here?
Brion Industries is third rate. Service is terrible.
Why is Folsom Companies using them. Are they cheaper or is someone getting a kickback here.

I noticed this post has been around for a pretty long time. It does look like managment got some folks to post here which makes the fact that no one from management has addressed this issue ALL THE MORE SIGNIFICANT. Seems like a very reasonable question to me.
