I have lived at BTT for three years, but am about to move out as I have recently purchased a house. However, the friendly people (neighbors and management) the quick maintenence and the management's willingness to cater to its residents (within reason, of course) all made it difficult to leave. I am 28 right now and felt right at home, though my age might or might not have been several years under the average. The tennis courts are well kept, and the common outdoor areas are perfect for cooking out, throwing the football, or just talking to your neighbors when they're walking their dogs.
I've lived in many places and had many landlords. BTT far exceeded all of them in both tenant service and quality of living. I couldn't possibly recommend it more highly.
