There are better places to blow your cash

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
SAFETY - Refusal to change burnedout outdoor lighting. Drive on in at night and see for your self.
Gates are a complete hassle with consistant breaking and inoperability.
PARKING - Door-ding leaders!! Can anyone park in the lines or are the lines too close. One guest parking area for the whole community. Covered parking is expensive!
MANAGEMENT - Manager quite friendly. assistant isn't.
STAFF - Cheerful and pleasant.
MAINTENENCE - Hallways are dirty and have never been cleaned!
REPAIRS - Timely and personel are knowledgeable.
MAILBOX is quite far away from most apartments and parking at the welcome center is often full.
Your money can go farther elsewhere but not a bad place to live. Rent "always" increases..
This rating was placed for those who already have considered the reasons they might want to live here but who want all the infomation they can gather.
