I've lived in places that look worse and are less expensive and never had a mouse problem. The poison I've laid out keeps dissappearing, but they keep showing up. I can't sleep because I can hear them in the walls. One ran across the kitchen floor while I was disinfecting the place. The apartment managers claim that they sent an exterminator that set out sticky traps. I moved the fridge searching for these so called traps and only saw mice feases. It's psychologically damaging and I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy.
