I lived here for nearly 4 years and although the location is great the office staff/management company sucked!! After moving out, they are trying to get me to pay for the new carpet for my former apt for the new resident due to my having one cat. I paid a $150 n/r deposit for pet plus another $250 and they are charging me another $262 for the new carpet among other charges!!! Every year they raised my rent when most other apt communities gave away at least a free month. How do I know this' I use to be an apt locator and this mgmt company will not work with you when it comes time for renewal!!!
