Unfriendly management, costly parking

I woke up and headed out the door to go to work, only to find my rental vehicle was missing. The management had towed my vehicle in a campaign to prove a point. When I confronted the management, they were rude and demeaning and did nothing to ease the situation-not even a simple apology.
For current residents of the complex, the fee for reclaiming your vehile is at least $190-an outrageous cost to prove a point.
I understand the need to tow vehicles, but a tenant should always be treated with respect. Camden is severely lacking this common courtesy.
