Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
my rent is $750 & i didn't have to pay any deposits...so i can't complain...
now i will tell u that they didn't clean the toilet before i moved in...when i cleaned it, there was a turd lodged under the rim. it was gross...i wonder how it could've gotten there! i guess texas is big on low-flow toilets...that's not good.
my renewal is up & they raised my rent to $800...so i gave my notice & they countered w/ $775...i guess i'll take it. i don't feel like moving.
the only real issue is my upstairs neighbor. he likes to drop bowling balls around 9p when it's time for bed.
