i have lived here for a year now and i love it. i also love to hunt for apartments so i am quite aware that i am getting an amazing deal.

the office staff is amazing. i know that if i call them things will be handled, and i also know that i can go down and shoot the breeze with them and have a good time. they are both professional and personable, and above all, they are human. i put my apartment on notice twice because i thought i was going to have to move but didn't, and still got an amazing renewal deal AND new carpet.

i have never seen any sort of rodents at this place. as for bugs, look, it's texas. you're going to have a spider once in a while. smoosh him and get over it. if you just let the office know, the pest control man will come treat your place- he's there several times a month.

i know all of my neighbors and they're all great. yes, i can hear the ones above me. it's called walking. people do it sometimes. it's not usually that loud and the buildings are older but that's not that big of a deal.

all in all, this is a great place to live. i have recommended it to several friends.
