I've lived here for over two years and have moved into two different floor plans. The crown molding is great and the floor plans are modern. The community is quite and friendly. There have been recent towings involving unauthorized vehicles in various parking spots. However, there was plenty of prior notices about this to inform the residents about the towings. The only problem I've had was with the back gate access. Apparently it was broken for a few months, but it's back in working order. I have never had a problem with the staff. They go out of their way to help with apartment and personal issues. Rent does go up each year, which is why I have to move. It's a bad economy right now.
