Camden Addison

Camden Addison is a nice apartment, structurally. It has a beautiful floorplan and nice grounds. The fitness room is incredible, however if you are a young female, expect to be harassed by the sketchy guys that hang out "lifting weights" for 3 hours every night. However, certain issues with management, parking and a horrendous pest problem have led me to move elsewhere.

1. There is no parking, at all. If you return to your apartment after 8:00 at night expect to walk up to 5 minutes from an obscure parking spot. Guest parking- forget about it.

2. I too, had my car towed to the tune of 280 dollars. It was my first week in the complex and hadn't put my sticker up. After panicking, thinking my car was stolen, the management smugly informed me that in a suprise "raid" it was towed, and then proceeded to lecture me on parking policies.

3. My apartment is infested. We have ants coming through every drain when it gets cold. We've had to be sprayed for spiders three or four times. You can hear rats running in the walls and scratching above you-creepy. But the latest is our termite problem- we have been informed that termites are in the building and that every 2 weeks we will have 200-300 termite carcasses on our floor. So far we have insisted someone comes to vaccuum the dead bodies off the floor, and to Camden Addison's credit, they have. But-that doesn't make it any better.

Although this apartment wows you when you see it, in the long run there are more hassles that positives. And when I am paying as much as I am, I expected better treatment from management and far fewer problems.
