Yes, since the management change things have definately gone down the tubes. There's nothing like watching lil 'thugs' from the hotel across the street climb the secure (?) gate to go smoke dope in the exercise room. And the parking? HAHA What a joke! This place is not worth what they try to get for rent- unless you have 3 or 4 other roomates to share the cost of a one bedroom- like many of my recent neighbors-... And there's nothing like a resident who decides to hammer out a dent in his vehicle at 4 AM!!!!!! Jackass
