First of all, the staff has been 100% awesome. I have received superior respect from them and I feel welcome every time I go to the office. They have always had great attitudes towards me (probably because I don't treat them like dirt to begin with...it's pretty simple if you know what I mean).

Second of all, the apartment is perfect. My neighbors are respectable.

Third of all, the grounds are always clean.

Fourth, parking has never been an issue.

The only complaint I have is about the 35-45 year olds that used to live here who keep showing up at the pool EVERY weekend. They're nice people...I just find them to be annoying. Not many other people seem to mind them too much.
They must like it here so much that they keep coming back. Apparently most of them bought houses (which is probably the only reason they moved away from here in the first place).
