I've lived at the Camden Addison for over 3 years. While I've had my issues with the every-changing management I understand they have a job to do and you can't please everyone. The property and apartments are pretty good and aside from the parking, itās about the best I've lived in. The one thing that really saddens me is the "element" that's moved in over the past year or so. Its pretty easy to spot, just cruise around the property during the day when its not 100 degrees (when the employed people are working) or in the middle of the night (when the employed people are sleeping). In addition, I've had my car broken into once and my neighbor has been burglarized. If you do decide to move in here, make sure you meet your neighbors. If youāre looking for the kind of place the Camden Addison use to be, look up the street at The Villages of Addison.

I thought it was just me that's noticed the elements moving in. I moved to Camden in 2003 and it was great. The staff has changed too many times to count. The cost of cable is reasonable; however, ever since the cable kept going out, VH1 has alot of static. They've changed the move out notice to 30 days and I hadn't thought about moving due to the fees involved in moving, but I'm seriously considering it. The airport noise is a bother and I don't think moving to The Villages of Addison would change that. I definitely have something to think about between now and when my lease expires at the end of October.
