My expectations for this based on the management staff when I came to look was very high. I have since been disappointed, and it ties as one of the worst places I have lived due to management. We lucked out and got an amazing deal on our apartment that Im sure doesnt happen often around here. I wish everyone who had a dog actually picked up their poop! If you rent a two bedroom townhome you are required to park one car in the garage and the other right behind it! This is crazy, and extremely inconvenient for roommates to constantly have to play hopscotch by moving their car everytime the person in the garage wants to leave. Insulation is pretty good, because I never hear anything out of my roommates room. Work orders at first were taken care of in 1-2 days, but can have to wait weeks for a response.

Where are the rats at? I have lived here a year and I've NEVER seen rats. That's pretty gross.

This is a bunch of bull, I don't have any rats,don't have any ants, love the place, never had a problem in the office or with maintenance, don't believe everything you read on hear, I read the postings and was almost deterred from moving here because of them, I'm glad I decided to see for myself, it's quiet, peaceful, my neighbors are nice so, I don't know what building you live in, but building 18 is great! The pool is nice, kids should use the pool in the back, there are not a lot of kids here, so yes, the pool in the front is occupied by the predominantly singles who live here. The pool in the back is always empty when I walk through so I think it would be perfect for children. It's a great place to live.

I'm happy that you have had a great experience here, but dont go around saying this is a bunch of bull. Im am aware that building 18 is close to 15, where if you havent heard there was major rat infestation. Once it was identified they caught almost 30 rats in the first couple of weeks. I was personally displaced due to the unsanitary living conditions in my apartment in building 15. If you would like I can email you the photos of the rat droppings

I have loved here for a little over a year. I have never had any porblems with rats, but did here that there was a lady that lived in the back and was a horder(sp?. They had to evict her. They could not even open her door. There is only one person in the office that knows what she is doing. When I call her things get done otherwise not so much. I did have my A/C go out the other night and the new maintence guy was there in 30 minutes on a Sunday night. I was amazed. All apartments come with problems. I like this one. It is quiet where I am and I love the park behind my place.

I just wanted to note that I visited Camden Addison this past weekend (May 2-3), and I am moving there in two weeks...I walked the entire complex searching for this "problem" about the poop everywhere on the grass. Never once saw one turd. Sorry guys...either this problem has already been fixed or this is a hoax. I have a dog myself and pick up after him every time, so I notice these things as well. Fortunately this is seemingly a non-issue at Camden Addison.
