I have lived here for several years. I love it.
I have had loud neighbors. It is really difficult for any management
company to do anything about it, especially the next day.
So, this is the solution: You call the Addison Police. They come out and
the report goes to the management company. It is my understanding that
with the second police report: the party responsible for the distrubance
gets an eviction notice and your gone! How do I know' I had a trashy,
noisy neighbor and was forced to call the Addison Police twice-he is gone!
By the way-Addison Police patrol through the complex often and their response
to calls-super fast.

Machen, the manager, has always worked with me. Maintance has always done a
good job. All apartments have a high turn over. I try to keep that in mind, when
there is a problem. If you are not happy, send a letter to the corporate office-
certified, but make sure you worked with the office first.
I don't know of any apt. managers, that are allowed to make corporate
decisions. They can only give feedback. I keep that in mind, when working with the
office.

Regarding the cable--hate it, but that is corporate. Have they heard from me
you bet!!!! The cable should be an option, period. This issue is out of our
local Camden Management hands. Strictly corporate. Corporate should read
how much residents hate the cable.

The parking isn't the best, but take a really good look, at what is available, at other apartments. It is the same. Builders and all corporate apt offices need to realize that parking is a serious problem. If there is plenty of parking-it would
be a super selling feature, because so many apt., don't have enough parking.

Overall, this apt. complex is clean and quiet. The interior is in great shape.
My current neighbors-wonderful and quiet.

Sounds like management posting to me. Did you catch the lingo 'corporate'. That's management speak not the language residents would use. I am so tired of management trying to improve their stupid rating numbers. It's so devious.

Are you kidding me? You know management is in a struggle to maintain a good rating if they posting on a sight created for current residents, past residents and possible residents to be. The lingo they are using is a dead give-away. Hopefully people will be able to see through that crap because Camden Addison is no place to live. Anyone looking to move here - take heed.

Dude... The cable is SOOOO bad. SO SO BAD!!!! They give you a list of what channels you get, and sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. It is literally "luck of the draw" and nothing more if a channel comes in clearly. I even had trouble with LOCAL CHANNELS!! I'm talking channel 4... you know Dallas's FOX 4.... Thats not even a cable channel... WTF! You CAN get satellite, but you still have to pay for the cable because it's included in rent. So whatever TV service you end up getting, just remember, you'll be paying $40.00 over that.

I'm not saying anyone is right or wrong about who posted the original rating, but I felt the need to mention that I would personally use the terming they used in my post in regards to what they were trying to talk about. I work in a very professional office setting and oftentimes my normal office lingo such as "that's corporate" will spill into my everyday life. Just saying...
