First things first, RAT LADY!! There is an apartment with a tenant that lived here 5 years from what I heard and had an apartment FULL of trash! I am serious...it is piled HIGH! The lady is now gone and the apartment is still how it was when she left! Now, my other concern is that, once they do clean this apartment...all the rats will be going into the other apartments in this building!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe even buildings close by! I am really disgusted with all of this and I can't believe they have not moved people into other apartments so they could do a full on cleaning! Orkin is STILL coming out, what has this been now? 3 or 4 weeks?!?! And thats just when they have been coming out to take care of it, to our knowledge that is.....Who knows how long this building has been infested. They have even talked about how many rats they have caught and how this is the worst they have seen. It is all also kept on the down low when you call and try to get answers....Don't even try!! It will just be a lie or them coming back at you and taking the attention off this apartment. Let's just say if you have any animals or children to watch out when the apartment is cleaned because your apartment will probably get attacked by RATS! They claim the problem is fixed, but it is no where close to being fixed! They are probably trying to slowly get it clean and cover up the problem so no one knows! I feel bad for the next person to move into that apartment. Or even into this building!
