I think that these apartments are over priced!
This is just to name a few:
-no curb side pick-up for trash
-bad ant problem!!!!
-no spa at the either pools
-volleyball net is hanging on by a string
-theft is a problem at complex
-staff seemed so friendly at first but when you need to call in for repairs their tone changes QUICKLY!!!!
-Outdated computers and fax machine
-Internet service is always down at the business center
-make you pay for Charter Cable and it SUCKS
OVERALL JUST OUT DATED

I agree. Everywhere you live you are going to have theft problems. But for some reason it doesn't frighten me as bad as it does here. Everything just seems real sneaky and on the "hush" over here. Stories are sugar coated ALL the time so it makes you wonder what actually happens around here. Residents are lied to on a regular basis. The back pool sucks BIG TIME and the front one is ok other than the fact it has no hot tub at either. Curb side pick up doesn't bother me one bit but at the same time the dumpsters look nasty 100 percent of the time so therefore it might actually make the place look more appealing. I have no issues with the volleyball net, what can you expect...everything has wear and tear. I can't really make complaints about the business center bc I have never used it. It seems really small to me though when I saw it. Now what I will complain about is the CHARTER CABLE. That cable sucks more than you can imagine and the apartments don't even offer time warner so you are either stuck with that or some other expensive cable. You HAVE to pay for the cable, the least they could of done was offered a better cable if we were forced to pay for it. Staff is a bunch of douche bags, they are all nice when you work with them their way but when you want things done your way they show you their REAL side. They are rude if you expect things to be done in a professional matter and not in their "keep it on the hush and cheap way" The apartments have BAD ant problems and rat problems, especially toward the back of the apartments...I think it was building 15? and I think I have also heard of them in 14 as well. People have told me of rat poop everyone and one resident showed me the infested Rat apartment (GROSSSSSSS) Parking SUCKS, if you have friends over (even when it rains) they are going to have to park possibly on the opposite side of the apartment to get to yours or they will have their car towed. There has been TONS of 'criminal acts" that have gone on since I have been here. Break-ins, weirdos peeping in windows, busting out windows for alcohol (so they said). Not to mention when you discuss a problem with the staff they start to attack you and show their real colors. I will be so glad to get out of these and will never refer them to a friend...EVER!!! It basically looks as though they are turning into the drug dealing/trashy apartments that surround them :).
