I lived here for two years. it is a nice place. Few people let their dogs poop every where. it is too bad to see that every time you move around. I liked the place but had to move out for my other conveniences.
My exit from the apt was good. No issues and very friendly

If you live in a nice property,there are going to be break-ins they have break-ins in Highland Park, go figure, I have lived here since January of 2007, I love the place, it's quiet, my neighbors are nice, there are not a lot of kids here and that is why I like it, if I saw no play area, that would be my first clue that maybe it's not a good place for kids but it's a great place if you are single, the office staff is great except ----------------, at times he can be rude and treat you like you are annoying him but everyone else is really nice, all of my work orders have been completed within one day,I don't plan to move until I purchase my new home. The property is well kept and it's a great place to live. The people in the previous comment on the 12/22 aparently don't pay their rent, which I believe is the case with most of the complaintants on this site.

Ah,------------, the drama addict extraordinaire. Think about it - why would you give such a glowing report of this complex and then slip up and mention this guy. He's like a little yappy dog, anyway - just blow in his face and he'll back off. He just wants to be in control of something. You sound like a member of management who happens to be expressing your true feelings about a co-worker in order to get him into a bit of trouble. He is a bit annoying, but in the grand scheme of things that are wrong with this place - he's no more than a mosquito. In addition, re: the children, if you want to be an all adult property, don't rent to families. If you rent to families, accomodate them. Oh, and your powers of divining that anyone who doesn't want to live in rat and crime-infested circumstances must not be current on his/her rent are AMAZING!! You should take them on the road!! Now. :o)

The property is well kept? Then why is there dog poop on every square inch of the grass? I don't call that well kept. I call it disgusting. I hate irresponsible dog owners. They are so white trash. So is this place.

I just wanted to note that I visited Camden Addison this past weekend (May 2-3), and I am moving there in two weeks...I walked the entire complex searching for this "problem" about the poop everywhere on the grass. Never once saw one turd. Sorry guys...either this problem has already been fixed or this is a hoax. I have a dog myself and pick up after him every time, so I notice these things as well. Fortunately this is seemingly a non-issue at Camden Addison.
