I lived in these apartments for about 5 years. When we moved to the downstairs unit, the dining room flooded everytime it rains. Some of the 2 bdrms have backyards, goodluck on trying to have grass. Mine was a huge mudpit. The apartments can be a bit noisey sometimes. There is a lot of crime as well. A TomThumb is right behind it so ppl are always breaking the fences, theft is high, strap it down if it is on your patio. The apartments themselves are older, carpet is cheap, for the money, go north. The pool also has issues with urine and other bodily fluids being there, as well as being locked most of the year anyone. The laundry mats are trashy and I will not even go into what I have seen there. As a matter of fact I recommend no apartments on brookhavenclub drive except for Springhaven, which are technically on Spring Valley Rd. They are really nice, I lived there for a year, but moved away because ClipperPointe, the true hood is right next door.

Why are you dumping on this property igmo if you lived there for 5 years you must have liked it, or you would have moved the first time your lease was up. What an igmo.
