Starting off with the good points, the parking is great. That's about it. The previous person got it exactly right when they said the true hood is right next door. Loud, bassy cars at all hours of the night. Maintenence leaves unpleasant notices after fixing problems. Cracked foundation, AC is terrible!!! There is no insulation in this apartment. When the wind blows or the AC is on the windows rattle. You can see daylight through the top of the closed front door. Pool is perpetually green. Grounds are dirty, the other day there was a pair of men's dirty underwear and chicken bones in the "grass". Disrespectfull little kids tear up sprinkler system and throw rocks at cars. Lunatics speed through the parking lot constantly then scowl at you for almost causing them to hit you. Clipper Pointe residence climb through the gates separating the properties to go to the "stow". Needless to say we would not reccomend this complex to anyone. We utterly regret resigning our lease.
