I agree it's not even ok for the money. Yeah they are cheap but the manager is evil. It is a noisy area, and they don't like to fix whats wrong with the place!

It's easy to judge when it's not your job. Calling someone evil is a horrible and hateful thing to do. Everyone wants things done at the snap of a finger and it's not always that easy.

Perfectresident does kinda sounds like the Property Manager herself!!!!! I've never even been to this place but I think that if residents are complaining is for a reason.
