We were suckered in by the really cool layout of the town home. We should have been more cautious!

1. Staff - They are NEVER in the office. They come in late, they leave early. They don't answer the phones. Their snotty answering service is no help. The staff is not even able to remember simple tasks, they forget requests, can't work the computers and bumble everything they do. The work crew consists of illegal mexican residents who pimp out their apartments nicely, whilst letting yours go to rot!

2. Condition - repairs are never done, ever. The stove, ALL of the screens, the dishwasher... all broken. None repaired. We've been living here since October. It's now April, and still nothing is fixed. That is but the tip of the iceberg though. There is zero insulation. Every window and door is drafty. Each closet is the exact same temperature as the outside air. The bills for electricity are insane! We had 600$ worth of bill for one of the cold winter months. I dread to think of the up-and-coming summer.

3. Neighbors - mostly illegal immigrants. They live here to get Addison tax breaks (since Addison has no schools) and then bus their kids to FB. Oh... notice those school zones going both ways in front of the complex' Hope you don't have anywhere to go during school zone hours. Not only is there the school zone 20mph... but these complexes have like thousands of kids who take a good 15 minutes to board a school bus, ON THE MAIN ROAD. That's right, they stop traffic both ways while all these little kids spend forever getting on the bus while their mums wipe their butts for them. They also play in the street. This is both before and after school zone hours. If you are not dodging kids, you're dodging the drug dealers. Yup. Right in the center of the school zone, these guys deal on the side of the main street, stopping traffic to do a deal. Those are just the illegal --------. Now let me address the 'gansta' wannabees. They drive around with the pimped out bass thumping at all hours, wearing their pants low enough to see every inch of their underwear and some of their plumber cleavage... and if you happen to be a female... don't exit the apt alone. They WILL approach you and attempt to mug/rape/otherwise commit a felony on you. Not joking here. Not to be outdone, there's some stupid white jerk who revs his motorbike at 5am every morning for about a half hour... just to get it going. The thing actually is loud enough to pop your ears. One of our neighbors has been arrested 3 times and was involved in an apartment shooting while we've lived here. (all in less than half a year) He still lives here.

4. Now about the roaches... and ants... this place is infested! You name it, we have it. These aren't just normal wood roaches or sugar ants either. These are big nasty huge roaches and BITING ants! My feet are now permanently scarred from multiple ant bites! The whole bottom floor of the apt was crawling with them! It was a nightmare! I had to move my pets to the second floor! If that wasn't bad enough, we have a cat problem. I own 2 cats, so I am far from a cat hater, but these cats yowl at all hours, pee everywhere and try to get into your apt.

5. Oh - and you want the grandest part' They try to bilk you out of extra money! They'll leave you notes about how you didn't give them your full deposit, or your pet deposit or whatever. SAVE EVERY RECEIPT and SAVE YOUR LEASE! You will need these later to wave under their noses to prove you don't owe them anything, especially when they try to change the lease around behind your back! Make copies!

6. Parking is a joke. The "tenant" spaces always become magically full on the weekends when our mexican neighbors start throwing wild parties that last all night and result in at least 2 attempts to break into our car and at least 1 new dent on our car whilst the party goers sit, lean or otherwise make your car their own personal lounge or, in some extreme cases their vomitorium.

They "changed" management again, but no improvements have been made. The place is a rat hole. We're moving out ASAP

Sounds like you should move out. I recently moved here and have not experienced any of this crap-- I don't expect to either. If you're miserable move out. You're probably unemployed and have nothing better to do with your life.

According to the date of your email, the new management had just started. (if anything you said was true) I have seen big improvements with the new company and office staff.I have never had any of the problems you claim to have had.
