I have lived at Glenwood for almost 1 year. I am very pleased with maintenance and mgmt staff and I will renew my contract. Things are not as they appear by previous ratings. Parking has improved tremendously over the past 3-4 months. The lady that complained about her garbage disposal--never have I had to wait more than 2 days for maintenance to come and fix any problem. Overall, the office staff and maintenance they have now is good. I would like to give "KUDDOS" to Carla (mgr). She got the electric bill issue resolved and my husband and I couldn't be happier here.
