We've lived here for 1 year and are moving out for cheaper rent.

About the apartment:
1. The ceiling creaks when our upstairs neighbors "walk" and we can track them everywhere they go, not to mention they walk so hard it makes our pots on the pot rack cling together and the creaking woke us up numerous times.
2. The floor creaks for our neighbors below.
3. You can hear the water pipes whenever ANYONE on the 4th or 3rd floor runs the shower or sink.
4. The SINK SMELLS and they wouldn't fix it...said to put some baking soda and vinegar in it and run the disposal. My husband got professional stuff and it still stinks!
5. There's a branch that hits the window with any wind at all and they won't cut it down...wakes us up at night.

The complex and surroundings:
1. The management is completely retarded, can't remember a thing, WON'T call you back, and is then nice to your face.
2. The people in the garage drive like bats out of hell and you're lucky if you don't get struck.
3. The breaker for AC & Heating goes out ALL the time.
4. The park is extremely nice, but there is dog poop ALL over the grass.
5. The events are awesome, especially Kaboomtown when you can go on the roof of the parking garage...however people everywhere and blocked roads make it challenging to get out and in.
6. Apartments are OVERPRICED for the size and very difficult to place furniture in a normal pattern--very odd shaped dimensions.
7. It is very safe with the police department so close.
8. Addison is a great city--go to a town hall meeting.
