Decent except for noisy neighbors

I lived at Addison Circle for about 3 years. First two years were great, nice and quiet, but then new neighbors below played stereo all night, extremely loud, my floor was vibrating. Initially, when I complained to management, they were extremely helpful, but after a while their attitude was suck it up. Apt. not very fancy, but I liked it fine. Finally, I moved out because I got tired of the rock concerts from my neighbors below.Always felt safe coming in late at night.I would've stayed at Post Addison longer if it wasn't for my noisy neighbors.
