I have lived here for almost a year and it is fine but it has never felt like home.
My apartment is tiny which is ok for me but others may not want to pay $700 for an efficiency! At first I felt totally safe because of the gated entry but it is really a false sense of security. My boyfriend's car was broken into and they stole the entire center console, ripped out the air conditioner, stereo, and GPS. The Addison police dept is literally next door too!
The neighbors are kind of weird. There are a lot of single guys in my building and I don't like being "picked up" on my way to the laundry room.
I am planning on moving out in Feb so I will see if they screw me on the deposit!
