My Apartment is small for what I pay for...I am definitely paying more Dollar$ per square footage...I am Currently paying $785 for 673 Square Feet'!!! or something like that. They want to raise my rent to $814.00 if I decide to Re-Lease it. A $30 increase is no big deal, necessarily.

THE APARTMENT (Soviet Bloc Style)

It is pretty PlainJane. The walls are Stark White [ 'Maybe I should Stick a Gun to my Head and Paint the Walls w/ my Brain'...From the movie Fight Club] ...The Cabinetry is unadorned like IKEA furniture...Particle Board that is Laminated...The Seams or Joints of DryWall are Crooked. No built-in Microwave also... Although, Simple is good if it is more in the vein of a Frank Lloyd Wright designed house or furniture piece...But this is not That! The construction seems typical 'Apartment cheap'...It must have been Built by the ILLEGAL Immigrants that Councilman Tim O'Hare is trying to Banish from Farmers Branch. {Fall 2006, America 300 Million people} It's getting more and more crowded Folks...

THINGS I MISS

My Apartment does not have a Balcony or Patio...It is like a Glorified Dorm Room! I Like to Grill! whether it is simple grilling or BBQ...I can't do that! And Yes there are PUBLIC GRILLS here, But I Do Not Care for That...Also, it is a hassle to bring groceries or anything else to ones apartment...

THE ENVIRONMENT

Well, in the 1st Five Months a couple of Bars Closed or maybe forced out...I don't really care, I drink at Home anyhow...Blimpies has Closed too. A Flower/Gift Shop has opened...Not my type of Thing. This Place has been trying to be like a FAUX European Village...This is not Berchtesgaden or Oberammergau...There are a lot of people who drive 'Fancy' cars...Maybe they have Bought them, Maybe they have Leased them. I don't give a Flying F**k regardless...Anyhow, I am tired of this environment...Apparently, they are Not a fan of Niezstche (German philospher)... Aphorism- "...Apes of their Own Ideal"

Annoyances:

-These Stupid People who Whip Around the Parking Garage Corners.
-People who have BIG DOGS for these tiny Apartments.
-Dogs that leave a crap and the 'owners' whom do not clean up.
-'Fancy Cars' and the 'owners' who think that is what defines them...
-These Events here...['Oktoberfest'] I have German on Both sides of my Family (and Other)...Oktoberfest is about to happen. I have never been to Deutschland, but my judgement will be reserved...This Notion that North Texas can replicate that experience is questionable at best...

SHOULD I STAY OR SHOULD I GO'

My new job is 30 Miles away...In Westlake...It would make more sense if I Lived in GrapeVine...Time Wise, Gas Wise, Convenience Wise...This Place is OK... But it is not That Great...Overall, this place is OKAY...Nothing Spezial or great...

I want to give this rating a Neutral Rating...It is not the Greatest and it is not the Worst...It is what it is...

And this is coming from a West Texas Boy...

Although I certainly respect your opinion, and you bring up a lot of great points, I think your opinion of people is rather snobbish and reflects the attitude of those 30k Millionaires living in Addison Circle. What point are you trying to make by critiquing the furniture of other residents? And as far as meeting your neighbors, I know all of the people in my hallway. Maybe you should try to lose the attitude first. Like I said, I agree with a lot of what you are saying, however, you lose me with your negativit
