First of all, most of what you supporters are saying is absolutely true, however, your take on the bars is definitely biased and I'm almost fearful that you work for Post Properties. The one bar that was exceptionally loud was The Dugout. They also had issues with fights, drugs, underage drinking, and a refusal to turn down the music so it's completely understandable that they're gone. Ruby Lounge, another bar that was closed, was a classier bar and did not deserve to be forced out. Note that I mentioned forced out as they were never officially kicked out...rumor has it that they could no longer afford their legal fees during their ongoing struggles with Post Properties. There was certainly no reason for their closure. If you are interested in moving to Addison Circle for the night life, think again. What little is left of it won't be there very much longer. It also amuses the heck out of me that the existing places are never bothered even though they are just as loud and just as crowded (Zen, Avanti, etc.) They're surrounded by vacant office and store fronts of companies that were either asked to leave or no longer wanted any part of it. Why is that'

As far the smoking issue goes, are you honestly telling me that you hang out in bars in Dallas and they enforce the no smoking ban' Most bars that I visit in Dallas even put out ash trays. It's nothing like Los Angeles where they have designated outside areas for smokers. So don't complain about the smoking because it's like that at most bars. If you don't like it, don't go to bars. Complaining about the smoking has absolutely no validity towards the apartment complex because all of the bars in Addison are like this and what point are you trying to make by bringing it up' Why don't you focus more on Post raising the rent so much' That's a legitimate complaint!
