I've been at Post Addison Circle about a year and won't be renewing my lease. Parking is by far the worst feature. There is not parking convenient to my apartment and i frequently have to make several trips to/from the car when i have stuff to carry in. That's not to mention the fact that my car has been hit twice while parked. Noise level is high in my building...neighbors blast music on the weekend. I'm frequently awoken in the middle of the night from a dead sleep by people racing the motors of their vehicles and also by drunks on the street although this seems to happen predominantly in the summer months. The bar closings seem to have cut down on the noise from such. Once at 10pm some guys started running an electric saw on the sidewalk below as they cut up some kind of wooden crate, not ideal when you got to get up at 5am. The maintenance staff is good and has responded promptly to needed repairs. The location is good. The apartment itself is all right although the first I've had that didn't have a microwave. I was disappointed that they didn't have their own fitness facility as well, instead you're forced to join the Fitness Club if you want to workout close to home. Also, local events can be a hassle as far as making parking worse than it already is.

All that you say may be true but you have to agree that the leasing staff is VERY HOT! That alone is worth the price of admission.

You're telling me that the "stuck on themselves", snobby, incompetent leasing staff is worth the admission price? They couldn't be more Stepford Wife if they tried. They aren't authorized to make any decisions and all they do is smile and act excited for you. Try going into the office and negotiating a lease renewal and tell me how "VERY HOT!" they are to you.

My god, getting in here this week. Should have read the contents of this site before. Now I am in 2 minds about this lease.
