Addison circle is very cute... at least on the outside. It reminds me of Vegas. It looks great on the outside, inside is boring and low quality. The complex is so large that it is nearly impossible for maintenance to keep the place up. Some buildings in particular look pretty bad for what you pay.
Another complaint I have is how they treat residents. I will not be renewing my lease because they rip you off when your lease is up. Several of my friends also moved out because of the same reason. If you sign a year long lease, enjoy it while it lasts. Each person I have talked to has had their lease increased by about $200 bucks! When the place is already overpriced when you first sign on, you say no way.
