Post could care less about their current residents. I don't understand why every single one of the neighbors I have met are having to move out because Post is raising their rent $75-$120 more dollars per month when it comes time to their lease renewal time. People I know have begged and pleaded with them to only raise them $50 (which seems fair) but they refuse. Why should anyone pay more when all Post has done is driven out most of the amenities' There is only one bar (down from three) and the only addition they had this year was a flower shop. It's ridiculous. Don't charge us more if you're just going to kick out the bars!

They also are charging WAY more of their current residents to renew than they are for new residents to move in. This seems counter productive considering that they have to pay for the walls to be painted and the carpet to be cleaned or replaced. Plus they may have to pay for rental finder fees as well. Why would they want to do all that when they can keep good tenants that pay on time each month' One of my neighbors is moving out after 4 years because they are raising her rent $80 after they already raised it $80 six months ago. That's extortion! Don't move in here if you're looking for something long term. They have NO LOYALTY!

I concur. I just posted a response to another review to this effect, but you said it best, "No Loyalty" seems to be the motto.
