They have a parking sticker system that is supposed to show you are authorized to park in the lot. You have to register with them to get one. The problem is the sticker goes on the outside of the window. If you don't have one you can get towed and I did. The sticker can be pealed off because it is outside rather than inside the window and mine was. The tow driver does not have a list of registered vehicles so they just tow if there is no sticker. I later foiund mine in the ash tray. Apparently it was taken off when my car was detailed and I didn't notice it. I not only got no satisfaction on the matter, I didn't even get my calls returned nor a response when I stopped in the office and tried to see someone about it. The same systems remains in place to date.

Although I do like Addison Circle, I have to say I hate Platinum Parking, the company that handles parking here. It was hard getting the sticker in the first place. The Manager was never available. If you do have a sticker, you can't park in the garages of other buildings because they are reserved for retail below the gate. You can't park above the gate unless you live in that particular building.
