only if you want to pay premium rent

UPDATE: Watch out for the security deposit!!! They say you don't need management for a walk-through upon move-out. Just leave the keys and forwarding address in the rent drop-off box. Well, a month later, you'll get a bill listing all sorts of damage to your unit that you didn't even notice! My boyfriend got a bill for $900 because they claimed they had to put in brand new carpet! BE CAREFUL!!!
Post Addison Circle is a nice and unique community. I was attracted to it because how it stood out from the other cookie cutter apartments. The rent is ridiculously high. I was paying $1.20 per square foot. The inside of the apartments is unique but not comparable to the premium rent you're paying.
I felt safe living here. It gets noisy and crazy traffic when there are events at the park.
Maintenance responds quickly (within 24 hours). If you get locked out, maintenance will NOT let you in. They will ask you to call a locksmith. The leasing office does not open on Sundays. So if you're locked out on Saturday night, you're out of luck for at least 24 hours.
I'm moving out after a year. It was really for the experience. For the rent I'm paying, I can get a much bigger and nicer place at a cookie cutter apartment.
