Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Rent is certainly higher than warranted by the quality.
Very safe, noise depends on location in complex. Morris building (4975) is much more laid back, quieter, and with convenient parking.
Good location off the Tollway.
Responsive maintenance.
Pools are definitely a frat scene.
Am moving primarily because the value is so poor. For the same price (and much more vitality), Austin Ranch or Uptown are vast improvements in quality.
