This place has its ups and downs!! First off, the location is great and couldn't get better with all the trendy bars around!! But that cannot constitute the fact that it is WAY over priced for what you get!!
Lets start with the apartments and go from there.....the apartments dont come with any nice appliances...you will be lucky to get a microwave in your apartment...(not kidding, mine didnt)...no big deal but than the carpet sucks, the counters are crap and my bar was about 2 screws from falling out when I moved in...my door to my room never lined up so it never shut and the balcony door at to always be locked or it would blow open when the wind came through...the walls are so thin that I could even hear my neighbors above me everytime they walked!!! These apartments suck!!
Parking...lets just say good luck getting parking or even getting to your apartment when there is an event which is probably at least once maybe twice a month....its a nightmare...my car was vandalized and three cars next to mine had also been broken into...glass was never even cleaned up!
Management....THEY SUCK!! They are absolutely of no help and are the shadiest people you will ever meet!! They will say one thing and then say something totally different the next time!! I think the whole crew needs to be thrown out!! From the top to the bottom!! The only one I have had any luck with is Sarah...Everyone else there is not worth a $.h.i.t.! They never respond in a timely manner about anything even if you are looking to lease!!! Good luck if you rent here!!
Oh and I havent even moved out and not really looking forward to that with the nightmares I have heard about the fees they slap on you when your gone!!!
