Parking: Well lit parking structures with gated access and cameras. Towing of unauthorized cars enforced. Very clean.

Noise: I have never had a problem here, aside from hearing some bass every now and then from a neighbor with huge speakers.

Grounds: Duh, Post has the best grounds of any company nationwide. You're stupid to not notice.

Construction: Some buildings are 10 yrs old this year- I can't tell. Routine work keeps the place looking great.

Maint: Post is one of few companies that actually has full service maint engineers ON SITE and on staff. 24 hour with free rent guarantee!

Staff: Again, who else has on-site billing, parking, retention, property, leasing, and engineering managers. As well as an army of leasing'

Overall: Unhappy people with unrealistic expectations of apartment living need to stop moaning and move on. You don't know how good you have it until you leave a Post Property.

Go back to your job at the leasing office, nark. The grounds are indeed very well kept and maintenance is always a breath of fresh air ... but ... the apartments are really bland, poorly constructed and overpriced and the staff is mostly comprised of unhelpful skanks. Yes, we're unhappy but no, our expectations are not unrealistic. It's not so much the quality of life that bothers me at Post as is the unreasonable cost and the fact that they'll screw you every chance they get. There's nothing worse than being blackmailed by your landlord. "Oh, you want something? Here's the renewal form." I'll gladly take your advice though ... move on, I shall! Ten more days, beotches! Post won't know how good they had it until I'm gone.

which building are you in? which floor? just curious. seems like some people like the place but they live in particular buildings.

Stubborn is clearly a loser with nothing to do but BLOG all day.If you look at this site you'll see that Stubborn is on continuously. Seriously, do you have a job? Maybe you are being evicted in 10 days! ha,ha!

From Fed Up, From day one my icecream melted, food spoiled, air conditioning went out more times than I could count between May and August. 24 hour maintenance if the office skanks remember to forward the phones. Look great on the outside, but if you want a truly great experience try the new apartments at 15777 Quorum.

Your comment is very surprising: "You don't know how good you have it until you leave a Post Property"... I mean, what?? Have you ever lived somewhere else?? seriously!!... I'm sorry but I've had great experiences in other places and this is so far my worst. This place is full of terrible service, bad attitude, bad mainteinance and lots of fees. Hopefully you don't realize this place sucks. I haven't moaned yet but I will and yes, I will move on asap, thanks for the advice!
