I have lived here for two years, and it's been fun. The parking garage is really convenient. My two bedroom has a huge living room which has been great for hosting dinner parties. Speaking of parties, the insulation is fairly good here. I don't hear my neighbors much at all. The location is central for the Dallas area, too. Membership to the Addison Athletic Club is a crazy good deal, if you like going to the gym.
Things that irk me...the rent. You pay a high premium for living here. The maintenance guys are also hit and miss. Sometimes they are really quick, sometimes they forget to come at all. I have a light bulb that's been out for six months now...I'm tired of calling about it. The heating and A/C also is iffy, it can go haywire sometimes.

You can have a brand new apartment next door for the same if not a few bucks a month less. The cooridors are poorly maintained, park on the street and you'll have to get your car washed the next day due to bird droppings. The sidewalks are filthy due to pet droppings--don't even think about crossing over the grass. Utilizes are sub-metered and way overpriced--plus the ancient thermostat you'll never get the temperature right (always too hot/too cold).
