I lived in Addison Circle in 03-05 in the building off Spectrum above the Zen Bar (it was the Dug Out or something when I lived there). This building is somewhat noisy due to the foot traffic of bar goers. You will usually hear them until the bar closes at 2am. The parking garage was shared with the office building which could be annoying at times, but overall I never had any issues until a major event was held (Taste of Addison/Oktoberfest). The garage was then over taken by patrons and I would have to park on the upper level floors. Other than that I never really had any issues while I lived there.
I moved out in 05 and back in 07. My new building is off Morris, building 10,(I think) and it has been very quiet. I can barely hear the music from either of the previously mentioned events. This parking garage has a gated entrance for tenants, so only the first floor is used for event parking. Other than the occasional airplane from Addison Airport it's been a good experience. When I first moved in I had an issue with sugar ants and maintenance came and sprayed the following day. I never had that issue again. Then I had another maintenance request for my stove not working and they repaired it within 24 hrs. As for renewing of leases increase, each time I signed a 12-month lease, I found it reasonable. I live in a 1bed/1bath and my rent increase was $30/mo.

As for the office staff, I wouldn't call them the friendliest, but they get the job done. Luckily, I have not had to visit them often enough for it to be a real problem. Addison Circle is very pet friendly, but there are quite a few people that don't pick up after their pets. I don't own a pet, but my guess is that anywhere that is pet friendly you will have people that absolutely refuse to pick up after their pets. Overall, I'd recommend this complex to my friends, but hey, that's just my humble opinion.
