I was very disappointed with my 12 month stay. My 9-year old vehicle was broken into the 2nd week after I moved in. There is no assigned parking which might have prevented the theft since all resident parking is in well-lighted areas. The workout room was also vandalized and closed down. It never reopened. The walls are thin. I could hear the water running everytime my neighbors showered or used their kitchen sinks. My air conditioner did not work properly during the summer months and my dishwasher never worked. This is an old property. Although it's located near the Addison's nightlife it wasn't worth all the headaches I had to endure. I wish I would have spent the extra money to go to a newer building.
