I have lived here for roughly two years now, and when I moved in it was a very nice place to live. However, since the property has switched owners I have noticed a decline. Maintenance is sloppy and slow to respond if at all, usually it takes a few times of going to the office to get anything done, even then it seems to be a slim bet that the personnel will actually fix the problem. Parking is fine and covered, all residents have one reserved spot, hope you get a good one. Safety has gone downhill, many of the motion activated lights no longer work. My friend and roommate was mugged about 10 feet from my apartment door, the police response while quick turned up nothing. The grounds are by and large well kept, and curbside trash pick up in the morning is still fine. The Apartments themselves are ok but not great. I will not be renewing. The walls are somewhat thin, this can be problematic at times because you can hear what your neighbors get up to at night. There have been two domestic disputes where police have been called in. The management is nice, but largely ineffective. I would not rent from them with my past experiences.
