I have lived at Springhaven 5 years. It was once a wonderful, peaceful, place but the last 2 years it has been NO HAVEN.
In fact, the only spring around here has been the broken facet, dishwasher and backed up garbage disposal.

I'm typing this at 1:45 because my neighbors are up all night (i.e. fighting, stomping around, throwing things, obnoxious baby crying till 4 am.)

Tenants violate their leases daily here (i.e. living unregistered) management doesn't seem to mind it.
Come on and rent and bring 2 or 3 friends along and not register them, nobody seems to care.

The property now consist of high crime and is no longer maintained inside or out, bugs are crawling out of the fixtures. Big roaches are lined up in the bathtub each morning like they're waiting for a bus. It's quite a sight - Texas does have the biggest bugs.

The police have been out twice tonight due to inconsiderate loud neighbors.
That makes 25 letters to management and 4 police trips with no resolution.

Management gives a good, sweet "pitch" but is non-responsive and completely unaccountable.

If you invite a guest over "good luck" finding a parking place, it's like a ZZ-Top concert Saturday night.

I certainly don't feel safe here - it took 5 months to have outdoor lighting replaced. There have been numerous car thefts, although, this complex does have a officer on the property. I've never seen or meet him in 5 years but I'm told he exist. Maybe he's undercover.

Laundry here at the property' Hummm, it's like Russian Roulette. Good luck.

I'm truly disappointed that SPRINGHAVEN IS NOW A HAPHAZARD SHAMBLE !!!
